In order to maintain a mutually respectful relationship, Arcane Glow requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold all appointments that will be taken off the total cost of the service. 

Appointment changes made less than 24 hours in advance will lose the deposit, and clients will have to place another deposit before rescheduling.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please reschedule online using the link in your booking confirmation in order to avoid losing the deposit. 

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.

Returning clients who schedule their next appointment during their current appointment may pay the deposit the day of or have it charged automatically 7 days later.

All appointments have a TWO time reschedule limit, after which a new deposit will need to be made.

No show policy: failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the full amount of the service. This charge must be paid prior to booking future appointments. No call, no shows may lose the privilege to book future services. 

Tardy policy: all clients have a 15 minute grace period. Appointments begin right at the scheduled time and may not be extended for late arrivals. At the 15 minute mark we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you as a “no-show”.
